FulfillmentPolicy

This is our fulfillment policy for products purchased from our online store:

  • Refund policy
    • If you purchase a subscription product with a free trial, you may cancel that subscription at any time during the free trial with no financial obligation.  If you have already paid for an order and you are not satisfied, please contact us at steven @StevenPalmieri. com with a detailed description of why you are not happy and we will contact you to discuss your issue where we will make our best effort to resolve any legitimate issue that may exist.  If we are unable to satisfy your issue then we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund.  But we are under no obligation to issue a refund for fulfilled orders.
  • Delivery policy
    • If you purchase our training course or software subscription then you will be instructed on how to access these products after you complete your purchase.
    • If you purchase a book then we will make a best effort to have your product shipped out to you within 3 business days.
    • If you purchase swag merchandise such as shirts, caps, etc then these order will be processed by a 3rd party vendor and should ship out to you within 7 business days.
  • Return policy
    • If you purchase our training course or software subscription then there is no product to return as these are virtual products.
    • If you purchase a book then we may grant you a return only with an exception at our sole discretion.
    • If you purchase swag merchandise such as shirts, caps, etc then these orders are final and cannot be returned.
  • Cancellation policy

    • If you purchase a non-subscription then you may cancel the order prior to the order being completed.
