Accessibility Statement

Effective date: October 28, 2026

Our goal

We want every owner to be able to use our websites, on any device, with any assistive technology. This statement covers stevenpalmieri.com and every other website Steven Palmieri operates. Each of those sites links here from its own Accessibility page. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

What we build into our pages

  • Body text at a comfortable reading size, and text colors with a contrast of at least 4.5 to 1.
  • A skip link as the first control on the page, and a visible focus ring on every link, button and field.
  • Menus that open without a script and work from the keyboard.
  • Buttons and links large enough to tap, at least 44 pixels.
  • Alt text on pictures that carry meaning. Decorative marks are hidden from screen readers.
  • A visible label on every form field.
  • Pages you can pinch and zoom.
  • Motion kept small. If you set your device to reduce motion, our pages respect it. Nothing autoplays, flashes or counts down.
  • The booking calendar loads without taking your keyboard focus, and the chat button stays clear of form fields.

If something gets in your way

Tell us the page and what happened. Call +1 844-324-7273, use the chat on our sites, or send the form on any of our pages. We'll fix the page, or give you the same information another way, such as reading it to you on a call.

Other companies' tools

Some parts of our pages come from other companies, such as the Microsoft Bookings calendar and the Cloudflare check on our forms. We choose tools that work with assistive technology, and if one gets in your way, we'll help you another way.

Reviews

We check our pages when we build them and again when we change them. This statement was last reviewed on October 28, 2026.
