Steven Palmieri is the brand name used by Palmieri Enterprises, Inc., a Dallas, Texas business. These terms cover stevenpalmieri.com and every other website Steven Palmieri operates, and any free review or call you ask for through them. Each of those sites links here from its own Terms page. Using the sites means you accept these terms. The Disclosures page is part of these terms.
We keep books, close the month, prepare and plan taxes, and do Tax CFO work for business owners. We set payroll up with a provider you choose, and you run each payday with that provider. Steven Palmieri is not a CPA, and the practice is not a CPA firm; we're the Tax CFO alternative. We don't sign audits, reviews or compilations, and nothing on these sites is legal advice.
Everything on these sites is general information for business owners. It isn't advice about your own situation, and reading it doesn't make you a client. Tax rules change and apply differently to different facts, so check anything that matters for your return with us, or with another professional, before you act on it.
A free 30-minute call or review is a conversation. It creates no engagement and no duty on either side. Booking a time, or missing one, never creates a charge. We'll tell you plainly what we see and what the work would involve. Work begins only when we both sign an engagement letter that names the scope and the fee. A price we mention before that is an estimate.
Every engagement is set out in writing before it starts. Fees are quoted for that scope, and work outside it is quoted before we do it. Either of us can end an engagement in writing. You pay for the work done through that date, and we return your records.
The work depends on what you give us. You're responsible for complete and accurate records, for what is reported in your name, and for reviewing any return or report before it's filed or relied on. Keep your own copies of your documents, and tell us quickly if something looks wrong.
Tax results depend on your facts and on decisions by the IRS, the state and lenders, so no refund, saving, loan approval or outcome of an IRS review is guaranteed. What we give you is careful planning before the year closes and a return you can stand behind.
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time. If you give us your email address, you agree that we may email you about your request and our services. Every email has a way to stop.
Our sites and our work use services run by other companies, including Microsoft Bookings and Microsoft 365, Cloudflare, QuickBooks Online, payroll providers, and payment and e-signature services. Their own terms cover their services. The Privacy page lists the tools on our sites. We aren't responsible for the content of sites we link to.
The words, layout, pictures and tools on these sites belong to Palmieri Enterprises, Inc., or are used with permission. You may read, print and share them for your own business, and quote them with credit. Please ask us in writing before you republish them, sell them or use them to train a product.
The sites are provided as they are, without warranties. As far as the law allows, Palmieri Enterprises, Inc. isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that work. Any liability the law doesn't let us limit stays in place.
Texas law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
We update these terms as the business changes. The date at the top shows when this version started. Using the sites after a change means you accept the new version.
