Who these terms are with
"Steven Palmieri" is the registered brand of Palmieri Enterprises, Inc., a Texas company. These terms govern your use of stevenpalmieri.com and the other sites we operate, and any free review or consultation you request through them. Using the sites means you accept these terms.
What we do
We provide bookkeeping, monthly close, tax preparation and planning, and fractional CFO work for business owners. We are not a licensed public accounting firm and we do not provide audit or attestation services. Nothing on these sites is legal advice.
What the pages here are, and are not
Everything published on these sites is general information for business owners. It is not advice about your situation, and reading it does not create a client relationship. Tax and accounting rules change and apply differently to different facts, so confirm anything that matters for your return with us or with another professional before you act on it.
Free reviews and consultations
A free review, second look, or twenty-minute call is exactly that: a conversation. It creates no engagement, no ongoing duty, and no obligation on either side. We will tell you plainly what we see in the documents you share and what an engagement would involve. Work begins only when both of us sign a written engagement letter that names the scope and the fee.
Engagements, scope and fees
Every engagement is defined in writing before it starts. Fees are quoted for that scope; work outside it is quoted separately before it is done. Either of us may end an engagement in writing; you remain responsible for fees earned through that date, and we will return your records.
Your responsibilities
The work depends on what you give us. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate records, for the accuracy of what is reported in your name, and for reviewing any return or statement before it is filed or relied on. You keep your own copies of source documents. Tell us promptly if something in a report or a return looks wrong.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not promise a particular tax result, a refund, a saving, approval of a loan, or that any return will not be examined. Planning is about decisions made before a year closes and about a return that can be defended; it is not a guarantee.
Communications
If you give us a phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply, and you can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. If you give us an email address, you agree that we may email you about your request and about our services; every message carries an unsubscribe link.
Third-party services
Our sites and our work use services run by other companies, including QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Bookings and Microsoft 365, Cloudflare, and payment and e-signature providers. Their terms govern their services. We are not responsible for content on sites we link to.
Our content
The text, layout, graphics and materials on these sites belong to Palmieri Enterprises, Inc. You may read, print and share them for your own business use. You may not republish, resell or present them as your own.
Disclaimers and limits
The sites are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Palmieri Enterprises, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute is subject to the courts sitting in Dallas County, Texas.
Changes
We update these terms as the business changes. The effective date above tells you when this version took effect; using the sites after a change means you accept the current version.
