Carson County's seat is the town of Panhandle. No county sales tax is on the file. Two creeks leave this county in different directions, and two credits can do the same. The close is remote.
The courthouse is in the town of Panhandle. The bare word panhandle, without the town, gets read as the whole region, so the filing needs the town spelled out. Samuel Price Carson, first secretary of state of the Republic, is the namesake. The county file dates the county to 1876 and the parent to Bexar. Hutchinson lies north, Potter west, Armstrong south, and Gray east.

The franchise report is due May 15. Texas has no state income tax. Neither date goes away because of that.

Use that name only when the invoice says Skellytown.
