The two amounts match, so a pouch called "local two" cannot show which amount is Dallas MTA. This booth is Garland, not the city of Dallas, and not Farmers Branch. Farmers Branch has the same two amounts and a different town. A blend sheet that says Farmers Branch while the panel was painted here has used the wrong city. A blend sheet that drops Dallas MTA because the owner said the booth is on the Collin side has dropped an amount this row requires. Garland's Collin side is still Garland.
A panel refinished in the booth keeps both amounts. A panel you send to a painter in another city does not keep Dallas MTA just because your booth is in Garland. Write booth or outbound on the blend sheet before it is approved. A sheet that says neither will be read as the booth.
The spray guns and the booth itself are a Collin CAD question or a Dallas CAD question, depending on which side of the line the building sits. That list is not the blend sheet. Do not skip it because the two amounts were easy to memorize.
Four blend sheets. Mark booth or outbound, and mark whether both amounts are present. Cover the owner names. Ask which sheets lost Dallas MTA, and which ones were coded to a different city that also carries the MTA. Those four sheets are enough.
A rental car charged while the panel dries is not the paint. Decide whether that rental fee carries the two amounts before you spread them across the whole estimate. Paint in the booth is the pair. A rental may be a pass-through. The booth and the rental are different lines even when the car is the same car.
Post a one-line card by the mix room: Collin side of Garland still takes Dallas MTA. Farmers Branch is a different town with a similar pair of amounts. Do not borrow its header. The card is how the next shift stays on this row.
