City tax is 1.5%. Nothing else is named. Named pieces are 7.75%. The combined rate is 8.25%. Fairview, without New, is a Collin County town.
New Fairview is in Wise County. City tax is 1.5%. No transit line and no special-purpose district. State tax of 6.25% plus the city tax is 7.75%. The combined rate is 8.25%. The difference of 0.5% is unlabeled. Do not invent a district name. Wise CAD is the appraisal office. Fairview, in Collin County, is a different city with a plain 2% city tax.
New Fairview is in Wise County. Wise CAD gets the business personal property rendition due April 15. Combined sales tax on the Comptroller file is 8.25%. City tax is 1.5%. No transit authority is listed. No special-purpose district is listed. State sales tax of 6.25% plus the named local pieces equals 7.75%. The combined rate is 8.25%. The difference of 0.5% is not labeled in the city, transit, or special-district columns of this file. Do not invent a name for it. The franchise (margin) tax report is due May 15. A no-tax-due threshold exists and its dollar amount is not printed here. Texas has no personal income tax. Sales tax is filed monthly, quarterly, or yearly by volume on the permit. A Wise County plan set whose named pieces stop at 7.75% fits the construction cleanup site. That is the shape of this week's file, not a census of New Fairview. Other guides are on the industries page.
Title block, lower right:
Fairview Wise? or Collin?
The missing word is New. This plan set is New Fairview, Wise County. City tax is 1.5%. Nothing else is named. State tax of 6.25% plus 1.5% is 7.75%, the part you can name. The combined rate is 8.25%. The 0.5% between them has no title. Do not invent a Wise district. Lake Bridgeport is also Wise and has the same 7.75-to-8.25 shape, and it is not this plan. Bridgeport, without Lake, is another Wise city. Fairview, without New, is in Collin County and is a plain 2% with no gap. Dropping New files the slab to the wrong county and the wrong rate.
A slab poured inside New Fairview uses 1.5% plus the untitled 0.5%. A slab poured in the Collin town called Fairview uses that town's plain 2%. The title block decides. The north arrow does not.
Write both words on the title block before concrete is ordered. A block that says only Fairview will be priced as the Collin city, because that shorter name is famous. Wise County is not permission to paste Lake Bridgeport's gap language onto this sheet as if the towns were one.
Wise CAD can list forms and tools you still own. That list is not the title block. A draw for labor is not the concrete. Keep the draw off this levy.
New Fairview is two words. New is not optional scenery. Fairview alone is a different city. The 1.5% and the untitled 0.5% belong to both words together.
Pin the sheet in the job box: New Fairview, named 7.75%, combined 8.25%, gap untitled, not the Collin Fairview. A level slab can still be the wrong town. Level is not the title block. Form oil on the plywood and rebar chairs in the slab can both be New Fairview. The steel does not restore the missing word New. A truck that also pours in the Collin city called Fairview needs two title blocks, not one nickname. Wise County mud on the boots is not Collin County. Scrape the boots. Do not scrape the word New.
A plan-set title block and a Collin namesake are the construction guide.
