A head on the Dallas side of Rowlett and a head on the Rockwall side of Rowlett are one split. A spreader you still park follows Dallas CAD or Rockwall CAD. It does not invent a second percent. Rename the zone before the solenoid clicks.
Drip emitters and a valve box are plastic and dirt. They are not Dallas MTA by themselves, and they are not a reason to retitle the transit piece as a Rockwall district. A zone whose gate is actually the city of Rockwall leaves Dallas MTA behind.

A backflow preventer, a valve solenoid, and a 24-volt wire nut are zone parts. The preventer's test cock is a port, not a city. If zone 4's pair was pulled through another city's controller last week, this week's cycle on a Rowlett valve is still Rowlett. Last week's controller is not the zone. A rain bucket on the sensor is water, not Dallas MTA.
