Meet Steven Palmieri.

Three short stops. None of them take typing.

Steven Palmieri

The Entrepreneur's CFO

A short hello from Steven is coming here.

Steven Palmieri is the person you'll meet. He runs the practice from Dallas and works with owners across the country on video. He isn't a CPA, and the practice isn't a CPA firm; he's the Tax CFO alternative, the one person who keeps your books, plans your tax and prepares the return, so the three always match.

How the 30 minutes go

The first five minutes are yours: what brought you here and what's loud right now. Then we look at what you brought, usually last year's return and whatever books you have, and Steven tells you what he sees. The last five minutes are the next step, which might be nothing, might be one fix, or might be a written price for the monthly work. You decide after the call, not on it.

What to bring

Last year's return. Whatever access you have to your books, read-only is fine. A rough idea of this year's profit. If you pay yourself a salary, the latest payroll report. If you can't find any of it, come anyway.

After the call

If you want help, you get a short letter with the work and the fee before anything starts. Most owners choose a monthly rhythm: the books closed each month, the tax plan kept current, the return prepared from the same books.

Next: nine taps, about two minutes, then your picture.
