Texas A&M is the campus. The meal you served is not tuition.
The city history says College Station is the home of Texas A&M, just south of Bryan, and that the community took its name from a post office opened near the railroad. Bryan and this city adjoin. A meal, a lab supply, and a Bryan invoice are three different papers.
College Station is in Brazos County. The census counted 120,511 people. Combined sales tax on the Comptroller city file is 8.25%. City tax is 1.5%. No transit authority is listed. No special-purpose district is listed. State tax 6.25% plus the named local pieces equals 7.75%. Combined is 8.25%. The 0.5% gap is unnamed in those columns. Do not invent a district. County sales tax on the county file, not added on top of the combined city rate: Brazos 0.5%. Business personal property rendition is due April 15 to the appraisal district for the county of the property (Brazos County). Franchise (margin) tax report is due May 15. A no-tax-due threshold exists. Its dollar amount is not printed here. Texas has no personal income tax. The permit sets monthly, quarterly, or yearly sales-tax filing. The name came from a post office opened in a building near the tracks, after the site had already been picked for the college. Houston and Texas Central had graded through earlier. Southern Pacific and State Highway 6 cross the same ground now, just south of Bryan, in southwest Brazos. Texas A&M is the institution the place is home to. A depot memo and a college charge are different slips.
The depot slip is a railroad matter: a car, a siding, a mailed parcel that used the station name. The college charge is tuition, a lab, or a vendor the school owes. Most shops never touch the school. If yours does not, ignore the college lane and still refuse a template that borrowed Austin transit because the metro name includes Austin. This row is Brazos, not the capital.
A parcel addressed to Bryan is the neighbor. It leaves this stack even when the driver started at the depot. The two towns adjoin on the map. Adjoining is not one cash drawer. Say which window took the money.
