The pass has two clocks. Mountain Time does not pick the row.
You searched El Paso because a deposit and a return are not the same story. The city row is 8.25% with El Paso CTD at 0.5%. Socorro reaches the same total through El Paso Co ESD 2, with no CTD. Dell City, in Hudspeth, is 7.25%. The path under that is what you send and what you get back. There is no El Paso office to visit.
Clocks here match Denver, not Dallas. The county page says El Paso County and neighboring Hudspeth County are the Texas pair on Mountain Time. Fort Bliss dates to 1854 on the city page. The later work list is installations, wholesale yards, the university, food plants, and manufacturing. The university is the University of Texas at El Paso, and the city is the seat. Outdoor clothing and boots are the manufacture the city page names. Refineries located there in 1928 and 1929. Hudspeth's principal activity is ranching. Sierra Blanca is the seat. El Paso County is central. Hudspeth County is outlying.
El Paso CTD, a half point, is printed on the El Paso city line beside a 1% municipal column and a 0.5% county column, and that line meets the cap. Socorro skips El Paso CTD. El Paso Co ESD 2 is the half point on Socorro's line instead, with the same municipal and county columns. Horizon City carries a 1.5% municipal column and neither add-on, and the county column is still 0.5%. Dell City, in Hudspeth, is a 1% municipal column with the county column empty and no authority, so the figure stops at 7.25%.
What you recognize is a base, a campus, boots, and a ranch county. The authority named El Paso CTD stays on the El Paso city line. It does not ride along to every neighbor.

Two appraisal districts cover this metro. Business personal property renditions are due April 15 in the county where the property sits. Equipment kept in El Paso and a trailer kept in Dell City do not share one list.

Socorro is city tax 1%, county tax 0.5%, El Paso Co ESD 2 at 0.5%, no El Paso CTD, combined 8.25%. Horizon City is city tax 1.5%, county tax 0.5%, no transit and no special district, combined 8.25%. Dell City in Hudspeth County is city tax 1%, county tax 0, no transit, combined 7.25%.
The franchise report is due May 15. Texas has no state income tax. The permit, not the city line, sets the sales-tax calendar. The combined cap is 8.25%.
A clothing order and a Fort Bliss pay cycle can share a drawer on Thursday. Boots are a product the city page names. The installation is the long military fact. Counters at the University of Texas at El Paso are a third week. A Hudspeth ranch check is a fourth, and Dell City is where that check is priced at 7.25% rather than the cap.
Upload the sales-tax form you already submitted, the list of what landed in the account, and register tapes that read El Paso, Socorro, Horizon City, or Dell City. Ranch ledgers stay on the kitchen table. Steven's first pass is a label. The El Paso city line carries El Paso CTD. Socorro's extra half point is El Paso Co ESD 2, and the CTD name is absent there. Horizon City's municipal column is 1.5%, with neither of those names. Dell City is municipal 1% and an empty county column.
The labeled set comes back while an amendment is still possible. If May 15 is closer than the sales-tax date, the labels still go first. You point from home. No desk in this practice sits in the pass or in Socorro. Unshipped boots stay inventory. A Juarez visitor chit never becomes a Texas municipal charge.
Horizon City is the tape people file as Socorro because both can meet the cap. They do not. Horizon City's municipal column is 1.5% and it names neither El Paso CTD nor El Paso Co ESD 2. Socorro names the district. A clothing wholesaler on the pass and a ranch-supply stop in Dell City should not share a code just because both weeks felt busy.
